Leadership

As founder and CEO of VMS, Vincent Scilla brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Scilla has been the driving force to deliver large-scale complex project solutions on schedule and within budget.

Prior to VMS, Mr. Scilla was a CIO in the Investor Services industry, where he headed up all technology for Securities Transfer and Employee Stock Plan Services. He began his career on Wall Street in 1976 with Bradford Trust Company responsible for Custody, Cash Movement, Securities Movement & Control, Vault Movement, Income Collection, Mutual Funds, Unit Investment Trust, Portfolio Recordkeeping and bond processing systems. Mr. Scilla was part of the first graduating class from the CIO Certification Program at Carnegie Mellon University. He also earned his Series 7 registered broker-dealer license.

Under his leadership, VMS has built a high-performing team of financial services consultants with years of experience working within the financial industry.
